gokongwei bldg.
Earlier today, I went to Supreme Court to get my ID. Then I realized that "this is the frigging real life.. And I am really going to take the bar… I am destined to experience this.." Then I got the attack. Hehehe! I discovered that I'm going to take my exams the second floor of the Gokongwei Bldg. It's the building nearer Quirino Avenue. My ID is colored green not that it means anything or what - I'm just glad my id is in my favorite color. So, for the 4 Sundays of September, I'll be strutting my butt in that hall… Oh yeah, I also checked out the place wherein I would stay during Saturday nights. It's near my building.. Thank GOD! When we checked out TAFT avenue-- there was this banner saying "To All Barristers: Goodluck and Godspeed! From Vice Mayor Danny Lacuna" when I saw it, I felt eerie.
A sororal sister texted me to inform me that the sigmans will be having a meeting later tonight to talk about the so-called "in-house". Take note, to TALK! Jeez.. The bar exams are just 4 fucking days away !! Where would they get a place? Anyway, I answered that I already have my reservations and to please inform the sigmans of the said fact. I do understand.. Really! That they are busy in school and it is indeed very hard to balance extra-curricular activities and studying. I've been in their shoes too. Anyway, I do hope that things will work out for them.
Hmm.. I just have to rant some more-- this reality thingy is ringing inside my head and I need an outlet.. uhmm I could always turn to food!! (bad idea!) I can always look for a fight.. (bad idea!!) darn… I don't know if it's excitement or anxiety or stress. Oh look.. Some keys.. Let's hit it some more!! Last Sunday we heard mass and I brought my pens with me.. And then ate discovered it- she said I've gone crazy already. She said it is the brain that you pray for, not the frigging pens. I beg to disagree.. I believed that what I did would help me.. And that helped me calm a bit although it may seem weird to others. Different folks, different strokes, remember? One thing more, You can never hide from reality-- You can delay it for a while. But time will come that you'll grow tired of running away. And then you'll have no choice but to face it cause you realized that it'd not go away (yep.. it was always there staring you at your face while you are shutting your frigging eyes!) and it'll hunt you down forever. Then you'll be too weak from running to be able to fight with courage. Losing the battle doesn't mean you lost the war.. So they say. =p
