i want

i recently acquired a new habit and this is reading the news before i start work (well, more or less reading the headlines and then opening my fb page.) when i was just a small girl, i find reading and watching the news such a boring feat.. until i grew up and need to appraise myself of the events in my surrounding. it also helps me keep up with lunch talk with officemates though most of the time they would be talking about celebrities. nonetheless i can easily share my views and opinion. yes, even those unwanted ones. =D

so today, while i was browsing my internet-based newspaper, i found this. the title caught my attention and i immediately read on. after a few minutes, i got this desire to rush into the bookstore to grab a copy. since my natal day is coming-- i might consider getting this book as my birthday gift for myself. ain't i such a sweetie? if you have time, read the review. and once i get my copy-- i'll tell you whether i like it or not. the book is “One Day” by David Nicholls.
