The Supreme Court through a resolution invalidated the Exam on Mercantile Law held last Sunday due to leakages. The said leakage came from a staff of the Bar Chairman, Justice Vitug -- The beneficiaries include: Ateneo and MLQU.
Ailes told me about it yesterday because she herself saw a copy of the said "tip". However, she didn't pay any attention to it until she saw the Questionaire. Then.. she was shocked as she started to analyze that names and circumstances are the same.
We have our hunches on these so-called "leakage"... specifically, which schools benefit from it. But it is different when that hunch is confirmed. It is painful as well as shameful. Painful because I know that there are people out there who doesn't deserve to pass and yet they passed cause they have a tip. Shameful because the whole procedure of the Bar Exams was put in mockery. Yikes! Furthermore, It is UNFAIR! Unfair to those people who studied hard-- cause they have to repeat the said subject.
Anyway, the exams on Mercantile will be held on October 4, at 8:00 pm. Norberto Gonzales seating as Examiner.
To all cheaters: You can all go to hell!!
