the jail warden
Work is funny today.
It's like you're in a jail or some confinement of sort. You see, the headquarters got a single room... and it is supposed to be used by the bosses. However, with xec ass watching our every move -- he has to stay out and guard all points of entry. Wahahhahaa!! Now, I stay inside the said room -- trying to kill myself with coldness -- playing pc games -- and doing some "minor" tasks and he stays out. (which is really kinda cool for us, then we don't have to bear with his one hell of an attitude).
To top it all -- we have to escape in going home. Therefore, I conclude that indeed work is a prison cell and Harridon is the jail warden.
