when i was in Ormoc doing our seminar my cellphone accidentally fell inside the toilet bowl, much to my disgust. I immediately took it out and wrap it in toilet paper. I also took the battery out and pat dry the insides of the cp. Of course, it didn't work. I actually surrendered to the fact that I have to get a new phone. I kept it in my bag and everyday i try to turn it on. Yesterday before we leave for the airport, I tried turning it on -- AND IT WORKED!!

Turned out that I did the right thing in letting my cp dry in natural air. Thank Goodness there's no hair blower around or I would have blown it dry. I read it in Yahoo that should any of your gadgets submerged in water-- all you have to do is remove the battery from the gadget and bury your gadget in rice. That way the moisture will be absorbed by the rice drying your gadget.

I don't have to get me new phone and I am glad my Motorola survived that traumatic swim in the bowl. :)
