Happy Birthday NANAY!
My mother is the eldest in her family, she was the one who took care of her siblings since her mom (my grandmother) keeps on giving birth. She was not able to finish school since they were really really poor that she only had one uniform. She had to wash it everyday after coming home from school. My Nanay might not have the diploma but she is intelligent and she can work out any problem on her own. She used to be an Elevator operator and a janitress but that didn't stop her from sending her children into a good school. My mother had a hard life. Working until late at night and selling almost everything that can be sold.
My mother is cool.. She's open minded.. She can be a li'l tactless at times and friendly. We sing together, shop together. When I was a kid, I barely understand her.. All I know is that I wished I had another person's mom. When I was still young, I always compare her to the other moms -- how come other moms work in an office and there she is inside the toilet, cleaning.. How come other moms got more money than what my mother earns… how come, she can't give me all the toys that I like. But now I understand…and I am lucky that I have her for my mother. She taught me a lot specially when it comes to family relations and life in itself. Up to now, at this age -- my Nanay still take care of us like what she did when we're still kids. She is 58 years old today! Yehey!
Wishes: I do wish that she'd have a long life. I wish her health, wealth and happiness. My gift? Err.. A hug and kiss.. eheheh.. I love my Nanay so damn much!
