God is Good

I am writing this entry from ate's room. She was diagnosed last week of endometrial cancer. It was one of the hardest times of our lives. It was world shattering. Her uterus has to be removed. I prayed like I never prayed before. I held on to God's promises, onto his miracles, and on his love for us His children.

I was with her when they brought her to the operating room. Leaving my ate in that room was one of the scariest moments of my life. But you know what? God is Good.. he hears prayers.. he is indeed a merciful God! Basta.. ate's uterus still has to be checked pero so far, the oncologist said that the cancer cell has not spread outside the uterus. and for now, that is enough for me.. and i would continue to pray the rosary because that is my commitment to God.
