something was wrong with the traffic lights last week-- the time for the red light is longer than the green..and to my amusement a hoard of motorcycles squeezed their way in between vehicles and occupied the front row. i think to myself how many of these motorcycle drivers would actually violate the traffic laws by passing through a red light.
i counted 20 of them and witnessed as one by one passed by Recto on a red light! not even one of them waited for the green light to get on. Something has to be done to deter these motorcycle drivers!
